A: The cost for online therapy is the same as in-person services which ranges from $140-$225 per 50-60 minute session. Couples and family sessions may longer at 90 minutes and may cost up to $225 per session.

A: You will receive a secure, private link via email before your appointment. To join the session, you will click the link. This is a fully private session that is fully compliant with BC and Ontario privacy laws. There are no downloads required, it works directly in your web browser on your computer, tablet, or phone.

A: Yes. Extensive research confirms that online therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions for treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Many clients actually feel more open and relaxed in their own comfortable, safe space.
