Rise Above Anxiety: A 12‑Session Anxiety Program
We offer a self-paced, individual, Anxiety Program where we blend evidence‑based techniques with personalized skill‑building, helping you untangle worry patterns, cultivate everyday calm, and gain a lasting sense of mastery over your anxiety. You can pay as you go and start whenever you are ready.

Session 1
Introduction, Assessment & Goal Setting
We begin with a warm intake to map where anxiety shows up in your life, identify key triggers, and set collaborative goals for the next sessions.

Session 2
The Cycle of Anxiety: How Anxiety Happens
Using CBT, we’ll explore how thoughts, behaviours, and emotions interact to fuel anxiety, giving you a clear picture of the cycle you’ll learn to reshape in the following weeks.

Session 3
Body Reactions & Stress Responses
We tune into the physical signs of anxiety; racing heart, muscle tension, breathlessness and link them to the nervous system stress response.

Session 4
Relaxation & Grounding Techniques
You’ll learn mindfulness and relaxation tools such as; deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, and grounding to calm the body in moments of activation.

Session 5
Identifying Unhelpful Thinking Patterns
We’ll use CBT worksheets to identify unhelpful thinking patterns such as catastrophizing that fuel anxiety and begin reshaping them into balanced, realistic thoughts.

Session 6
Challenging Unhelpful Thoughts
We explore Socratic questioning and re‑framing to challenge the unhelpful thoughts and test the evidence for anxious thoughts and replace them with balanced alternatives.

Identifying Core Beliefs Worksheet
We’ll identify core beliefs using the ABC model (Activating event, Beliefs, Consequences) to help you uncover deep‑seated core beliefs that drive anxiety and begin reshaping them.

Session 8
Acceptance & Commitment & Values
Acceptance & Commitment techniques teach you to observe anxious thoughts without fighting them, clarify personal values, and commit to actions aligned with those values.

Session 9
Applying Skills to Life Domains & Relationships
We examine how anxiety impacts work, school, and relationships, and practice skill to regain control, manage uncertainty, and trust in your innate skills and capacity.

Session 10
Exposure & Behavioural Experiments
Using a gentle step‑wise exposure hierarchy, we create safe behavioral experiments that test feared situations and gradually desensitize anxiety.

Session 11
Lifestyle & Wellness Optimization
We’ll create a personalized plan that balances movement, sleep, nutrition, medication, and mindful caffeine/alcohol use to support the calm you’re building in therapy.

Creating A Sustainable Empowered Calm
We’ll summarize all the tools, develop a personalized maintenance plan, and celebrate the skills you’ve developed and the mastery you’ve built over your anxiety.
