Whether you’re still in an abusive relationship, have recently left, or are carrying the long-term impact of domestic abuse, receiving support through counselling can help you rebuild yourself and your trust in others and feel safer in the world around you.
We offer non-judgmental, trauma-informed, strength-based and experienced support for victims and survivors of domestic abuse and narcissistic abuse. Together, we’ll work slowly to process what you’ve been through, and help you understand your experiences and the impact they had on you. We can discuss how to strengthen your boundaries and reconnect with your power, and your voice, while rebuilding your sense of self and your life.
