Whether you’re still in the relationship, newly out or carrying the long-term impact of domestic abuse, having experienced support through counselling can help you rebuild yourself and your trust in others and feel safer in the world around you.
I offer non-judgmental, trauma-informed, strength-based support for victims and survivors of domestic abuse and narcissistic abuse.
Together, we’ll work at your pace to process what you’ve been through, understand the experiences, strengthen your boundaries and reconnect with your power, voice and rebuild your life, your sense of self and your life.
