What to Expect from Depression Therapy
We begin with a collaborative, attachment‑focused assessment, creating a safe space where we can explore your experiences. Together we can uncover the processes and patterns that sustain your low mood, laying the groundwork for change. We can use evidence‑based tools such as CBT and ACT techniques, Narrative Therapy, Emotion Focused strategies, and mindfulness practices, all tailored to your individual needs.
