These coaching sessions are tailored specifically for you, this is really time for you to focus on your wants, needs and goals. Coaching sessions are offered virtually, for your convenience, so you can fit it in to your busy schedule!
We can start with a casual conversation about goals with a brainstorm or creating a vision board. We can focus in on creating solutions in the present moment and empower you to create changes in your life so you can live the life you want to live.
You can feel confident that with my training as a Registered Clinical Counsellor, I have the education to help you reach your goals. And, just like registered clinical counselling, coaching is always private and confidential.
